EAS - Training for the first driving licence

Do you only need the EAS training, the training for the first driver's license? This training is intended for those practicing with a teaching permit, before starting driving lessons and example for tractor or moped license who do not have mandatory driving lessons. The training includes four theory lessons, which you can easily complete online.
